We stand behind the quality of every Norman® product, offering a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty covers repair or remake of defective products but excludes costs for removal, reinstallation, shipping, and labor. Certain exclusions apply, including normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, and exposure to the elements. Motorized components are warrantied for 5 years, cords for 7 years, and select products for 3 years. Please contact your retailer with proof of purchase for warranty service.
